Delivery Information
Our Courier delivers between 8am and 5pm on business days.
Overnight Orders must be place before 12:00 midday for same day dispatch.
Our overnight delivery option applies to all main centers. If you are outside a main center your delivery may take a little longer, but happily though not longer than two to three working days!
Discretion guaranteed
We take great care to ensure that your purchases are delivered quickly and safely. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence.
The printed address label is the only marking on your package. We are required to have a return address on your parcel, which is shown as CC.
We wrap each of your purchases individually and all orders are sent in plain packaging. There’s absolutely no way of telling what’s inside the package, ensuring that all your erotic secrets are yours and yours alone.
Our discreet packaging ensures the contents remain safe and secure until your parcel is in your hands.
Returns & Refunds
Our Products are hand-selected for your pleasure; however, we understand that occasionally we fall short of our own high standards and that returns, and exchanges are sometimes necessary.
If there is a fault with your Product, we will provide a refund in accordance with Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008. Should your Product be faulty or damaged upon delivery or develop a fault while in its warranty period, please send an email to support@confidentialcollection.co.za and we’ll gladly provide you with a replacement or refund.
In the case of damaged or faulty on arrival Products, the customer needs to notify Confidential Collection thereof within 3 calendar days of the receipt of the goods. Confidential Collection may ask for images of the goods and packaging, highlighting the extent of the damage. Confidential Collection will not entertain any claims of breakages, missing or damaged parts and accessories if this notification is not received within 3 calendar days of the goods being delivered.
Customers can return unopened Products within 7 calendar days of receipt, provided the customer informs Confidential Collection of the return within the 7-calendar day return period by sending an email to support@confidentialcollection.co.za.
The cost of return of the Products shall be for the customer’s account. Due to the personal nature of the Products we sell, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for returned Products once a Product’s packaging has been opened by you.
Please note that your right to cancel or return a Product does not apply to certain types of Products. The following list provides a non-exhaustive list of the types of Products you cannot cancel or return:
- Sex Toys in any condition unless faulty, due to hygiene concerns
- Intimate play items including candles, lubricants, massage oils, orgasm balm and toy cleaner which have been opened, tested or partially used
- Bondage items in any condition unless faulty due to hygiene concerns
